Secure CCTV Solutions Ltd · Draft updated 13 October 2026

ICO registration application submitted. Registration number awaiting issue.

Who we are

Secure CCTV Solutions Ltd provides CCTV installation, maintenance, support and customer-managed Ai Surveillance services. We are the controller for the enquiry, customer administration and website data described here.

Our address is Office 20334, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA. Contact support@securecctvsolutions.com with privacy questions.

Information we handle

Enquiries: your name, email address and/or phone number, postcode, chosen service and the message you provide. Please do not send CCTV footage, passwords or sensitive information through an enquiry form.

Customer administration: contact and business details, billing and site addresses, quotations, orders, payment records and support correspondence as needed for your service.

Technical support: device identity, connection status, health alerts, firmware, network and configuration settings and technical logs. Website and account services may also process technical information such as IP addresses and browser details.

How we use your information

We use enquiry details to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a quotation. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, that is our proposed lawful basis; for business contacts and general enquiries, our proposed legitimate interest is handling relevant business communications.

We use customer information to deliver agreed services, administer accounts and payments, and respond to support requests. Applicable legal obligations may require us to retain certain business records.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any consent-based marketing is separate, and you can withdraw that consent.

Customer footage and cloud services

SCS does not access, view, select or disclose customer images, thumbnails, live video, recordings or exported clips. Ai Surveillance is customer-managed cloud functionality, not human monitoring or emergency response.

The customer or site operator is responsible for the purposes of their CCTV use, access permissions, signage, retention settings and responding to footage requests. Requests made to SCS for customer footage are referred to the verified customer.

Where selected by the customer, 3dEYE provides cloud video storage and analytics. Footage retention depends on the agreed plan and customer settings. This notice does not set a universal footage-retention period or describe SCS as the controller of all customer footage.

Service providers and sharing

The website and enquiry records use Base44. Enquiry notifications and business correspondence use Google Workspace/Gmail. Relevant providers process information as needed to operate these services.

Cloud-service administration may involve 3dEYE. Payment providers handle relevant payment processing. Provider roles and contractual details are being checked for the final notice.

SCS does not sell personal information. Where legally required, SCS may disclose information it actually holds to an appropriate authority; this does not give SCS access to customer footage.

How long we keep information

Unsuccessful enquiries and related correspondence are deleted 12 months after our last contact, unless needed for an active dispute. We review any dispute hold when the dispute ends. If you become a customer, relevant information forms part of your customer record and is retained for the service relationship and afterwards only as needed for applicable record-keeping duties, warranty or support obligations, or legal claims. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed to investigate faults, protect the service or meet those obligations.

International transfers — details being confirmed

Base44 states that app data is stored in the United States by default. Its published data processing addendum describes cross-border mechanisms including adequacy decisions, the Data Privacy Framework and contractual clauses with applicable UK modifications. Google Workspace may process information in countries where Google and its subprocessors operate; its Cloud Data Processing Addendum describes the applicable transfer terms. 3dEYE confirmed in writing on 23 July 2026 that it uses the AWS Stockholm region for EU/UK customers. This hosting confirmation does not establish every location from which support or administration may occur. In a later email dated 6 August 2026, 3dEYE stated that the separate UK-specific data processing agreement was deferred. We have not verified a subsequent executed agreement. This does not change the written Stockholm hosting confirmation; account-specific processing and any remote-access transfer arrangements remain under review. Contact support@securecctvsolutions.com to request information about the safeguards applicable to your data.

Security

Enquiry records are designed for authorised staff access. SCS uses account access controls and limits technical support access to the information needed for the task. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.

Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to use of your information for direct marketing.

Contact support@securecctvsolutions.com to make a request about data SCS holds. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. For footage controlled by a customer, contact the relevant site operator.

Cookies and analytics — details being confirmed

The website code uses browser storage for sign-in and app settings, saved basket choices, calculator selections and configuration journeys. Session storage lasts for the browser session; local storage can remain until it is cleared. Where used, the sidebar preference cookie lasts seven days. Clearing browser storage may sign you out or remove saved selections. The optional Base44 analytics setting has been disabled in this draft. Google Ads and Google Analytics tags were not found in the application code. Platform-injected scripts and the published-site behaviour still need verification before we make a complete cookie inventory.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the remaining operational details are confirmed or our handling of information changes. A notice update does not itself constitute your consent to new processing.
