Important service limits

The SCS AI Surveillance Platform provides cloud video, smart event tools and technical support. It is:

  • Not guaranteed crime prevention
  • Not constant human surveillance
  • Not emergency response or police dispatch
  • Not footage review by SCS
  • Not error-free detection

Platform terms

  • Rolling monthly, paid in advance; no annual plan and no free month.
  • Existing equipment is charged only after successful activation.
  • SCS Solo equipment checkout does not collect a subscription payment; the first monthly payment is taken after delivery through the activation QR code, before camera connection.
  • Cancel through the account or by email for the end of the paid period; no partial-period refund.

Footage and access

  • SCS never accesses images, thumbnails, live view, recordings or exported clips.
  • Support access is limited to device identity, connection status, health, firmware, configuration and technical logs.
  • The customer controls users, lawful purpose, signage, retention, footage access and third-party requests.

Payment and service

  • A failed payment suspends video, recording and alerts immediately; account and payment access remain available.
  • No subscription charge accrues while suspended. Successful payment restores service and starts a new 30-day cycle.
  • Download important clips before cancellation; cloud footage then follows the platform deletion lifecycle.
